What does the role involve?

Understanding the Business :

Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience within Hilti in Engineering and or sales / Business management
If External recruitment, Experience shall be in Petrochemical, Power and/ or Heavy Industry business related with Experience in account development in large complex engineering related environment with preferably an exposure on international projects/accounts in Energy segment

Understanding & Defining What Needs to be Done :

Track record of successful achievement of related strategies Project/account development and implementation. Including Specification creation
Ability to conceive long term strategies

Entrepreneurial approach - a track record of achieving results by working effectively with and through others
Goal achievement oriented
Used to Influence on an internation level without authority
Above average negotiation skills

Working with Others :

Empathy and ability to work in multicultural environment.
Excellent communication skills
Used to work in Matrix organization
Understanding/exposure on working with international colleagues with huge cultural differences
Ability to work/effectively communicate in international project teams and coordinate actions on covered accounts and projects

What you need is:

Engineering (Civil and or Mechanical Background) with strong Commercial or business capabilities and or Education
Sound track records in working with Engineering
firms, getting specifications on important projects
Min 5 years experience
Track record in developing large international accounts

Other requirements :

Long term commitment to the position
3-4 years
Int’l Travel required
Mobility international for future assignment is a must
English is a must
Able to plan and prioritize effectively – able to develop and successfully implement actions in a complex market environment
Ability to prioritize and plan on his own with minimal intervention from Team Leader
