What's the role?
We are looking for a high potential candidate with strong business acumen. As an On!Track Consultant, we will empower you to sell total cost of ownership concept and have interactions with high level management team of the Customers. The role will involve the incumbent to steer the management discussions and influence the customers on important decisions. This role will equip you to develop yourself on core Hilti red thread dimensions – Understanding the business, Understanding and defining what needs to be done and Getting things done.
Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and it’s a really hands-on job selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. It’s involves you to build relationships with top management or decision makers and help them find the cost-effective solutions for their needs.

What does the role involve?
Consultative selling of On!Track as a product and close contracts.
Play the leading role of Customer acquisition, implementation and retention
Train SDs/ ASMs / AMs on On!Track pre-selection and work with them to build On!Track pipeline in their territory.
Play the leading role of MO Product expert and process consultant by leading management meeting, performing the onsite analysis and implementing On!Track
Generate software, hardware and service revenue (contracts, Onsite Analysis, implementation, training
Increase sales and penetration of On!Track by coordinating with the sales team and leveraging existing relationship.
Closing the targeted no. of contracts and getting it implemented with the support of implementation executives wherever applicable.
Support launch of new products and features to team members and Customers by acquainting them with feature benefits and solution functionality
Plan and participate in trade shows and other industry events

What you need is:
- Degree in business and/or engineering with minimum of 3 years’ experience in consultative sales.
- Software / solution selling preferred but not must. Able to coach AMs in 8 steps journey.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong interest in software and skills in Microsoft office suite
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales and 3rd party service provider
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable relationships internal and external
- “Can do” attitude
- Problem solving skills and creative mind when facing problems with no obvious solution
- Comfortable with jobsite conditions
